My name is Maria Schouten and I was trained as a health scientist and currently working as a PhD student on the BLADE research at Arkin. In this ZonMw project we investigate the (cost-)effectiveness of adding online alcohol self-help to regular depression treatment in young depressed adults who drink alcohol excessively. The BLADE research is embedded within Arkin at the Academic Workplace Psychological Interventions and Academic Workplace Addiction. Within the AIAR I am active in the research line ‘The effect of new treatment methods for addiction‘.
